We’re launching a little revolution in Fresno, California. Our home base is the testing and tasting ground for culinary experts all over the world. We’ve built our community’s strength on fresh produce, craft beer, taco trucks, and inspired chefs.
Life moves at such a fast pace...we find ourselves putting off what’s important, and believing we’ll find time for it “someday.”
Someday is right here and right now. In the heart of the Valley. In our city.
We all have conflicts and commitments. We’re rushing around, doing too much, distracted by too many obligations.
It’s time we sit down together, pick up a fork (or dive in with our hands) and grow our community around the table. We are at a pivotal movement in the development of our city, and we have the chance to create something funky, fun and new.
Most importantly, beyond the unique themes, tasty dishes and creative locales...sharing food experiences can be used as a means of escape.
Sometimes we just need to sit down and have some great food. Time passes differently when you can share a meal with a unique community, set aside stress and just be.
We ALL need more of this.
