Unusual locations? How about a snow-filled winter forest? or Underground Gardens? or the middle of the San Joaquin River? Fresno’s Underground Suppers creates unique, immersive culinary experiences for adventurous foodies to escape the stresses of daily life and enjoy tastes they cannot find on the typical restaurant menu. We do this through creative themes, superb surroundings, and intimate guest lists.

Meet Amy Jaye
I’m a Midwestern gal originally from the Windy City who grew up in a large family filled with exemplary hostesses. Always wanting to be in the thick of things, at the age of five I learned to play tambourine on “Jeremiah was a Bullfrog” for the band that performed at every family wedding. It was a sure gig at least three times a summer, and cemented my love for events that bring people together.
I’ve spent more than twenty years planning festivals, conventions, and meetings in the entertainment, software, and hospitality industries, all the while helping friends and family organize the special moments of their lives. I’ve always loved to experience things in new and clever ways, so when it was time to carve my own path in the events industry I chose to design and produce events that create community through food and travel experiences. The result is Fresno’s Underground Suppers.
You might call me a traditionalist with a twist; I would say I am the original Mini Cooper updated with the new technology of today. Like a traveler from a bygone era, I dress up when I get on an airplane and check my suitcase, rather than put everything in the overhead bin. But, my carry-on is filled with the latest gadgets to keep me busy and a pair of comfy socks so I can ditch my shoes. Who takes tea with cream (not milk) and espresso black, but also loves trying new flavors of kombucha and unusual craft cocktails? That’s me. And even though I love fancy food like caviar and oysters for a special occasion, there is nothing as tasty as Chicago deep dish pizza. Well, maybe cupcakes. Or a hot dog eaten in the bleachers at Wrigley Field.
—Making a Reservation—
Our Club Events are first offered exclusively to members for purchase on a password protected page. Members sign up for either or free membership or our Premium membership, and create an account that gives them this access. No matter which type of membership you choose, when making your reservation, be sure to include all of your contact information so we can communicate with you effectively. You will receive a confirmation email from us as soon as your reservation is complete. Within 48 hours of the event, you’ll receive an additional email with pertinent event details and information.
–Are tickets refundable?–
Due to the nature of our events, we are unable to offer refunds. However, you are welcome to transfer your tickets to someone else. This can be done through our reservation system with Tock. Otherwise, they are welcome to use your name when checking in. In the case of an event being postponed due to circumstances beyond Fresno’s Underground Suppers’s control, Fresno’s Underground Suppers will reschedule said event and all purchases will be honored for the rescheduled future event date. No monetary refunds will be issued.
–What if I have food allergies?–
The menu is revealed at the table. Our chefs design the menu in the weeks or days leading up to the event, based on the freshest possible ingredients from the farm or locale. We like to keep the meal hyper-seasonal, artistic, and spontaneous! Menu/ingredient substitutions will be politely refused, but you always have a choice of our traditional or vegetarian menu when you purchase your tickets. If you have specific food allergies, we can advise you if any of the courses should be avoided.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Photos and/or videos taken at a Fresno Underground Supper event may be published in print or posted online for download, in online photo albums, and/or on social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram. From time to time photos and videos may also be made available on CD, DVD, Flash Memory devices, or through email. By purchasing a ticket to the event, photos and videos of you at the event may be published in any or all of the above-mentioned media and devices at the sole discretion of Fresno’s Underground Suppers, it’s partners, or its vendors. By your attendance at an event, you are consenting to photographs being taken and shared through the above-listed platform(s). If you do not consent, these events may not be the best fit for you.
